Notre cliente Proventus Bioscience est à la recherche d'un ( e) superviseur ( e) de production. Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des opérations, le (la) superviseur ( e) de production aide à superviser la coordination quotidienne de la production, le contrôle qualité, les mouvements d’inventaire et le flux de travail opérationnel dans plusieurs entrepôts.

Vos responsabilités :

Coordonner et superviser la planification et le flux de travail quotidiens de production;
Préparer et organiser la documentation des ordres de fabrication pour le personnel de production ;
Acquérir les connaissances des employés (es)en matière d’équipement et de capacités de production pour aider à attribuer et à prioriser efficacement les ordres de travail ;
Organiser et maintenir la planification de la production via le logiciel TeamUp ;
Effectuer des contrôles de qualité de la production en direct à l’aide de la documentation et des procédures internes de contrôle qualité;
Inspecter et vérifier les commandes terminées avant l’expédition à l’aide des formulaires de contrôle qualité finaux ;
Examiner et vérifier les transferts de stocks entre entrepôts ;
Aider à commander les nécessités opérationnelles et d’entrepôt avec l’approbation des opérations ;
Aider à maintenir l’organisation, la communication et l’efficacité entre les équipes de production et d’entrepôt ;
Soutenir les améliorations opérationnelles et les initiatives d’organisation des processus ;
Des responsabilités supplémentaires seront ajoutées à mesure que le rôle évolue.

Nos exigences

Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion ou en coordination au sein d’une installation de production, d’un environnement de fabrication, d’un entrepôt ou d’un cadre opérationnel
Diplôme d’études secondaires ( minimum)
Doit parler couramment le français et l’anglais
L'expérience en chariot élévateur est considérée comme un atout
L'accès à un véhicule personnel est considéré comme un atout - Une indemnisation pour le carburant lorsque des déplacements entre les entrepôts sont requis
Capacité de soulever et de transporter jusqu’à 10 kg
Capacité à effectuer des tâches de maintenance pouvant nécessiter une flexion, un agenouillement et une station debout pendant de longues périodes. (travail de bureau majoritairement)
Solides compétences en organisation, communication et polyvalence
Confortable à utiliser les systèmes de planification, les formulaires opérationnels et les processus de suivi
Compréhension de base de Word, Outlook, Excel et Adobe
Doit détenir un permis de travail canadien légal

Our client Proventus Bioscience is looking for a Production Manager. Proventus Bioscience is a growing biotechnology company focused on manufacturing, operational efficiency, and product quality. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager helps oversee daily production coordination, quality control, inventory movement, and operational workflow across multiple warehouse locations.

Your responsibilities will be:

Coordinate and oversee daily production scheduling and workflow;
Prepare and organize production order documentation for production staff;
Learn employee equipment knowledge and production capabilities to help assign and prioritize work orders effectively;
Organize and maintain production scheduling through TeamUp software;
Perform live production quality control checks using internal QC documentation and procedures;
Inspect and verify finished orders prior to shipment using final QC forms;
Review and verify stock transfers between warehouse locations;
Assist with ordering operational and warehouse necessities with Operations approval;
Help maintain organization, communication, and efficiency between production and warehouse teams;
Support operational improvements and process organization initiatives;
Additional responsibilities will be added as the role develops.

Our requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience managing or coordinating within a production facility, manufacturing environment, warehouse, or operations setting
Secondary diploma (minimum)
Must be fluent in both French and English
Forklift experience is considered an asset
Access to a personal vehicle is considered an asset - Fuel compensation available when travel between warehouse locations is required
Ability to lift and carry up to 10 kg
Capability to perform maintenance tasks that may require bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. (Majority office job)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Comfortable using scheduling systems, operational forms, and tracking processes
Basic understanding of Word, outlook, excel and adobe
Must hold canadian work permit
