Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work sites to ensure safety and organization
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Support team members in completing daily operational tasks efficiently
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a industrial or construction setting is a plus but not required
