Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) agent(e) principal(e) de recouvrement tiers hautement motivé(e), enthousiaste et engagé(e), possédant au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine.

Agissant comme agent de changement, l’agent(e) principal(e) de recouvrement tiers est responsable du traitement précis de l’information ainsi que de la négociation efficace et de la mise en place d’ententes de paiement. Ce poste relève directement du gestionnaire des opérations.

Nous recrutons un(e) représentant(e) à temps plein au Canada, disponible selon un horaire flexible comprenant une soirée tardive (11:30am to 8:00pm) et un samedi obligatoire (8 h 30 à 11 h 30 HNE).

Responsabilités

Offrir un excellent service et assurer des résultats d’exécution exceptionnels dans le recouvrement de prêts financiers
Effectuer des appels de recouvrement pour tous les comptes en souffrance
Contacter les clients en retard de paiement par téléphone, demander le paiement et négocier des ententes de paiement appropriées, dans les limites autorisées ; envoyer de la correspondance aux clients en défaut/de recouvrement
Utiliser les procédures établies pour organiser et coordonner des ententes de paiement fermes conformément aux politiques de risque en vigueur ; évaluer et atténuer les risques en référant les comptes pour des actions supplémentaires
Documenter les détails des appels dans le système de recouvrement afin de refléter les actions prises ; mettre à jour les informations des comptes clients (engagements de paiement, montants, dates, suivi des appels, etc.)
Faire preuve de tact, de diplomatie et de débrouillardise ; gérer les objections et les excuses, et utiliser des techniques d’appel adaptées pour gérer efficacement les situations
Respecter les normes réglementaires et les meilleures pratiques en matière de recouvrement
Atteindre les objectifs individuels de recouvrement afin de contribuer aux objectifs du service et de l’entreprise
Maintenir et soumettre des rapports pour examen par la direction du recouvrement
Effectuer toute autre tâche liée au recouvrement, selon les besoins

Expérience / Qualifications

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans une agence de recouvrement tierce
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite pour les appels de recouvrement
Bonnes compétences en mathématiques, avec la capacité d’effectuer rapidement des calculs de base
Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et Outlook
Excellentes compétences informatiques
Capacité à s’adapter dans un environnement dynamique et rapide
Volonté d’apprendre et de faire progresser sa carrière

We are searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Senior Third-Party Collection Officer with 5 or more years of experience in the industry.

Acting as a change agent, the Senior Third-Party Collection Officer is responsible for accurately processing information and effectively negotiating and arranging payment terms. This position directly reports to the Operations Manager.

We are recruiting for a full-time representative within Canada to work flexible schedule requiring one late evening (11:30am-8:30pm EST) and one mandatory Saturday (8:30am-11:30am EST).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service and ensure exceptional execution results in the collection of financial loans
Conduct collections calls for all past due accounts
Contact past due customers by phone, request payment & negotiate appropriate payment arrangements, within authorized limits; Send correspondence to delinquent/collection customers
Use defined procedures to arrange and coordinate firm payment arrangements within established risk policy for our collection customers; Assess and mitigate risk by referring accounts for further action
Document call activity details in Collections system to reflect action taken; Update customer account information with e.g. commitments to pay, amounts & dates, collection call updates
Apply tact, diplomacy & resourcefulness; Handle objections & excuses, apply soft calling techniques, where appropriate, to effectively manage & control situations
Perform to regulatory standards and best practice on collections
Achieve individual collection targets, in order to meet Department and Company goals;
Maintain and submit reports for review by collection management
Complete other collection responsibilities, as assigned

Experience/Qualifications

At least 5+ years of prior experience in a Third-Party Collection Agency
Excellent oral and written communication skills for consistent collection calls
Good math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations quickly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong computer operating skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
