GO Paving is a small construction company specializing in asphalt and excavation/base work, with some snow removal services in the commercial and civil sector (some periodical work in the residential sector).

Our primary focus is geared towards civil and commercial asphalt services. We pride ourselves with honesty, integrity, quality services and products, all while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.

Job description

Seeking the following:

Experienced Asphalt Worker - Labourer;

GO Paving is seeking experienced individuals to join our asphalt paving team.

Labourer:

Previous experience in the asphalt paving industry (shoveling, wheelbarrowing, sweeping).
Knowledge on finishing the asphalt mat a plus (using plate packer and compaction roller).
A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required (Class 3 with air is a plus).
Experience with operating equipment is a plus (skid steer, hauling equipment trailers, etc.).
Motivated, safety conscious, punctual, and responsible.
Capable to work long hours in tough conditions.
Able to withstand heat and lifting up to 50Lbs.

Pay scale will vary depending on experience and past asphalt paving skills (roller experience, finishing experience, base crew experience, equipment operator experience).

We’re looking for someone who can be a value added to the company and the right fit to help us expand and grow. There's opportunity for growth within the company and we're looking for an ambitious individual(s) to join the team!

Position is full time seasonal with the potential for winter snow clearing work for the right candidate. Typical season is from mid May to mid November.

GO Paving is continuously growing and we’re hoping you can join our team. Wage is to be discussed and agreed upon, depending on candidate and experience (potential for salary in the future).
