The mission of the Executive Support Department is to maximize our Executive’s productivity and efficiency through offering best-in-class executive support.
THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, you will operate at the center of a dynamic, fast-paced environment—enabling seamless leadership through best-in-class business and personal support, while gaining unique exposure to senior decision-making and the inner workings of the business. You will accelerate your development of critical business skills while building strong relationships with senior leaders. THE ROLE
As the Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, you will:
- Strategically manage the Executive’s time and priorities to ensure focus remains where it matters most
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Executive’s office with excellence and precision, including office and information organization, document preparation, expense management, public relations, and communications
- Enable each day to run seamlessly through thoughtful anticipation of the Executive’s provisioning needs
- Enable seamless access to technology and tools that support the Executive’s leadership
- Manage complex travel planning and execution to ensure every detail is expertly coordinated
- Deliver high-trust personal support that protects the Executive’s capacity to lead the business
- Deliver meaningful business support to the Executive’s department and the broader Executive Support team
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience, including:
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative or executive support capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional business acumen, sound judgement, and a refined ability to manage time and priorities
- A strong sense of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
- A deep appreciation and interest in the fashion industry
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000 – $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
