Full job description

Tri-City Concussion Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic located in Cambridge. We offer a wide range of rehabilitation treatments including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Post-Concussion Therapy, Psychology and much more.

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Administrator. You would work as part of our team, communicating daily about treatment plans and patient progress with our Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and RMTs.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Certification from an accredited school for healthcare/office administration and/or relevant experience

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with administrative duties
- Experience working with MVA, WSIB and private patients
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible, motivated and reliable

-Strong time management skills essential

Specific Job Description:

- Front Desk administrative duties including booking patients, intake, billing appointments, answering phones, answering questions in a polite, professional manner

- Process payments, insurance and WSIB claims and support accounts receivable including reconciling incoming payments

- Communication with patients, insurance and healthcare providers

- Maintain accurate and confidential EMR's

· Maintain and sanitize the gym and modality rooms

· Ensure patients are booking follow up appointments

· Provide a patient centered experience

· Assist with laundry and with maintaining cleanliness/sanitization of gym, equipment, modality rooms, common areas

· Perform general office tasks and assist the Office Manager as needed

This position will have the potential to become full-time for the right individual in due time.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
