About Topline Home Solutions
Topline Home Solutions helps Calgary homeowners protect, improve and extend the life of their homes.
We specialize in three main service areas:
Attic Insulation
Improving energy efficiency, reducing heating and cooling costs, and increasing year-round home comfort.
Mold Removal
Identifying and resolving mold concerns to help protect homeowner health and the structural condition of the home.
GoNano® Roof Rejuvenation
Using innovative technology to restore aging asphalt shingles, extend roof life and delay the cost of a full roof replacement.
All evaluations, quotations and installation work are completed by trained Topline team members. Your role is focused on starting conversations with homeowners, introducing our free home-evaluation service and scheduling qualified appointments for our assessment team.
The Role
As a Residential Lead Generation Representative, you will be the first point of contact between Topline Home Solutions and homeowners throughout Calgary.
You will work in assigned residential neighbourhoods, speak directly with homeowners, introduce the services Topline provides and schedule free home evaluations for interested homeowners.
You are not responsible for performing the assessment, preparing quotations or closing the final sale. Your responsibility is to create a strong first impression, identify potential homeowner needs and book a qualified appointment for our assessment team.
This is an active, field-based position that involves direct residential canvassing, significant walking and daily interaction with new people.
Flexible Scheduling
Flexible weekly scheduling is available.
Team members can choose which available days they would like to work each week. This allows the role to fit around school, family commitments, other employment or personal responsibilities.
On scheduled workdays, team members are expected to attend the full shift and remain available for the complete field schedule.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
On scheduled workdays, team members meet at the Calgary office at approximately 10:30 a.m. for a daily briefing, training and territory planning.
The team leaves for the assigned neighbourhood at approximately 11:00 a.m. Transportation from the office into the field is provided.
Fieldwork typically continues until approximately 7:00 p.m., followed by transportation back to the office.
Daily return times may vary slightly depending on the assigned neighbourhood, weather, appointments and team needs.
