About the Role:

Application developer role is to transform business ideas and concepts into functional, reliable applications. Application developer is responsible to ensure that the solution accurately reflects business processes, rules, and objectives, and works closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to deliver outcomes aligned with organisational goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

5+ years of experience in software development or IT project environments
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology

Proficiency with collaboration and requirement management tools such as Jira
Languages: C#, PHP, Vue JS, Node JS, SQL, PL/SQL, Korn shell
Cloud & Infrastructure : MS Azure Cloud, IIS, Power Bi
Databases: Oracle DB, SQL Server DB, Cosmos DB

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transform business ideas and concepts into functional, reliable applications
Spot subtle bugs, risks, or design flaws early
Continuously improve overall codebase quality
Define and improve development standards when required
Drive adoption of best practices across the team
Lead code reviews and technical governance

Create and review technical documentation for ongoing support
Demonstrate accountability, respect, and punctuality
Accept feedback positively and build professional confidence
Ensure timely delivery of projects and milestones
Demonstrate initiative by going beyond assigned tasks to add value
Lead by example and build trust with peers and stakeholders
Stay ahead of technical change through ongoing learning
Share knowledge and teach others within the team
Translate learning into process and architectural improvements

Compensation:

The starting rate for this position is $65,000 - $80,000
