POSITION DESCRIPTION
Vesta Properties is hiring a Graphic Designer and Content Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across a growing portfolio of residential, rental, and mixed-use communities in Alberta and BC. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who enjoys producing high-quality creative assets while supporting consistent, on-time delivery of social and digital content across multiple projects.
Anticipated term: Approximately 15-months, with potential for extension. This role will provide coverage during a maternity leave, with the opportunity for indefinite employment depending on performance and fit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce marketing materials across print and digital channels, including signage, brochures, floor plans, maps, presentations, and advertising assets.
- Create visual and digital content for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Support social media execution by creating visual assets, templates, and short-form content aligned with brand standards.
- Assist with the day-to-day execution of social media content calendars, including asset preparation, scheduling support, and publishing in alignment with approved plans.
- Prepare content for social and digital channels, including resizing assets, exporting formats, and coordinating visuals with approved content calendars.
- Develop visual assets for presentation centres, show homes, and on-site environments, ensuring consistency with brand and community standards.
- Create content to support community launches, sales releases, realtor events, and corporate initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and fabricators to prepare and deliver final artwork, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timelines.
- Maintain organized content libraries, design files, templates, and brand assets across projects and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support campaign rollouts and deadlines.
MUST HAVES (CORE REQUIREMENTS)
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience in a real estate, brand, or lifestyle environment.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Demonstrated experience designing for both print and digital channels, including social media and digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience managing the day-to-day execution of social media content, including platforms and ad managers such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- A solid understanding of layout, typography, and brand consistency across platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment with shifting priorities.
BONUS POINTS (NICE TO HAVES)
- Experience in new home sales, real estate construction and/or the real estate development industry.
- Motion graphics, video editing, or short-form video content experience.
- Basic CMS, landing page, or website content update experience.
- Experience coordinating artwork with printers, fabricators, or signage vendors.
