OPERATIONS MANAGER

FULL-TIME

The Job!

As the Operations Manager, you will manage and coordinate inventory purchasing, including creating orders, forecasting needs, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also:

Monitor backorders, work with vendors, and coordinate shipments with brokers and freight carriers
Handle parts and general office supply purchases, ensuring stock levels meet operational needs
Supervise warehouse activities and staff to maintain accurate receiving, storage, and shipping processes
Conduct regular inventory checks, including cycle counts and biannual full counts
Lead and support customer service tasks, including order entry, order tracking, and customer follow-up
Maintain accurate product and parts data in the system
Process intercompany orders and customer credit memos
Keep the office and warehouse safe, organized, and operational
Assist with special projects and additional operational tasks as needed, growing into broader responsibilities

What you bring to the job

You are someone who comes with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. You also have the following:

3–7 years experience in order entry, logistics coordination, or purchasing in a small to mid-size company
Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and inventory management
Comfortable supervising and supporting a small team
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and customer service skills
Motivated to take on new challenges and grow into a broader operations role
