* Fill, frost, glaze and decorate products
*Assist customers and recommed flavours
*Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

*Assist with ingredient prep and stocking
*Follow recipes and instructions for preparing and assembling,
*Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and other appliances.
*Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
*Monitor food supplies and order items as needed.
*Follow sanitation and food safety procedures
*Work efficiently during high-volume rush periods

*prepare boxes and supplies for next day service

Availability:
Starting wage is 17.60/per hour, Evenings and weekends required. Friday and Saturday shift till 2.30am, ie., 5pm-11pm shift / 7pm-2:30am shift. , 9am-5pm Fr-Saturday to be taken on alternate weekends to take turns for evening shift is available. Mondays and Tuesday is also open for the summer hours.

License/Certification: pastry diploma (required)
Have a reliable form of transportation. Be on time for work and avoid being late. Must be living in Toronto and close to work.
Must have food handlers certificate
Must have both, be a graduate in pastry diploma/pastry student and have experience .
Must be living here in Toronto and preferably close to the business and have a reliable form of transportation
