Lifemark Physiotherapy Nordel Way is a busy, interdisciplinary rehabilitation clinic operating in a spacious 6,000+ sq. ft. facility with a sizeable rehab gym and fully equipped treatment spaces. Our collaborative team includes Physiotherapists, RMTs, Occupational Therapists, Registered Clinical Counsellors, Kinesiologists, and Acupuncturists, allowing us to provide comprehensive, patient-centred care in a supportive and evidence-informed environment. Having served the community for over 20 years, we have built longstanding relationships with our clientele and a strong local referral network. We are proud of our diverse, close-knit team and foster a fun, professional workplace that values integrity, collaboration, and ongoing career growth. The clinic also features dedicated massage rooms equipped with massage-specific tables, table warmers, and pregnancy pillows to enhance patient comfort and care experience. Your impact
As a Lifemark Registered Massage Therapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- 1–2+ years of clinic experience (preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply!).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
