DO YOU EXCEL AT?

Installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems including SBS, EPDM, TPO, shingles, tiles, and architectural metal roofing?
Inspecting roofs for damage or leaks and provide recommendations for repairs?
Ensuring all roofing work is completed professionally according to safety standards and building codes and RCABC requirements?
Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications?
Assessing a project for hazards and creating a safe and efficient work environment?
Communicating effectively with clients, other trades and fellow team members regarding project requirements to ensure the job is completed accurately?

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

Minimum 2 years roofing experience (low slope SBS roofing and flat roofing experience are assets; however, not required)
Able to get to the office and job sites effectively and on time
Punctual, dependable and hardworking
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
Effective English communication skills
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices related to construction is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
