OUTSIDE FLEET SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Nothing But Tires is one of Alberta's fastest-growing tire companies, and we're expanding our Fleet Division. We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Fleet Sales Representative to help grow our commercial customer base throughout the Edmonton area.

About the Role

As an Outside Fleet Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be developing and maintaining relationships with fleet customers throughout the Edmonton region. You will represent Nothing But Tires to businesses that operate company vehicles and help them find solutions for their tire and automotive service needs.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new fleet business opportunities
Visit local businesses and fleet operators in person
Present company services and fleet programs
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Generate new commercial accounts
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
Conduct customer meetings and presentations
Work closely with management to identify growth opportunities
Maintain customer records and sales activities
Represent the company professionally within the community

Qualifications

Previous outside sales experience required
Previous fleet sales experience strongly preferred
Automotive and tire industry knowledge required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Basic computer skills including email and CRM systems

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has experience selling to businesses, understands the importance of customer relationships, and is comfortable spending time in the field meeting decision-makers. Experience working with fleets, automotive services, tires, trucking, construction companies, or commercial transportation businesses is a major asset.

A strong learning ethic in regards to sales and the best way to approach potential customers. A mix of Chris Voss, Dale Carnegie & Jim Camp.
