Description du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) serveur(se) à temps plein, capable d'offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en prenant les commandes, en servant les plats et les boissons, et en veillant à ce que les clients passent un moment agréable. Le serveur joue un rôle crucial dans le maintien de la réputation du restaurant en offrant un service efficace, aimable et professionnel.

Responsabilités :

Présenter les menus, répondre aux questions et faire des recommandations en fonction des préférences des clients
Prendre les commandes de plats et de boissons avec précision et les transmettre à la cuisine ou au bar
Servir les plats rapidement, en veillant à ce que la qualité et la présentation répondent aux normes du restaurant
Traiter les paiements, gérer les transactions en espèces et par carte, et rendre la monnaie avec précision
Aider aux tâches d'ouverture et de fermeture selon les besoins

Exigences :

2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire et dans un environnement à forte affluence
Bilinguisme (Français et anglais requis afin d'assurer un service client diversifié comprenant une proportion significative de clients anglophones, et pour répondre aux demandes effectuées en anglais)
Attitude positive et esprit d'équipe
Flexibilité pour travailler le soir, le week-end et les jours fériés selon les besoins
Autorisé à travailler au Canada

We are looking for a server full time who will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable experience. The server plays a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's reputation by providing efficient, friendly, and professional service.

Responsibilities :

Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
Serve food promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards
Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide accurate change
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements :

2 years of experience in a similar position and in a high-volume environment
Bilingualism (French and English required to provide diverse customer service to a significant proportion of English-speaking customers and to respond to requests made in English)
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Authorized to work in Canada
