Landscape Foreman / Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Foreman who is eager to prove their abilities and grow into a Supervisor and future Management role. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who wants to lead, take ownership, and grow with a fast-moving, growing company.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading a crew to complete landscaping and hardscape projects efficiently and professionally
Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and exceeds customer expectations
Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment, including skid steer and mini excavator
Maintaining organized, safe, and clean job sites
Communicating with clients professionally and courteously
Training and guiding team members

As you demonstrate leadership and reliability, you will advance into Supervisor and management roles, including overseeing multiple crews, coordinating projects, and assisting with team development.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years landscaping experience (hardscape & softscape)
Strong hardscape skills (patios, retaining walls)
Softscaping experience (grading, planting, site prep)
Ability to operate skid steer and mini excavator
Valid Class 5/1/3 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Leadership mindset with desire to grow into Supervisor/Management
Reliable, professional, customer-focused, and adaptable
Able to work in all weather conditions
