Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot computer malfunctions, from minor configuration errors to full hardware or OS replacements.
Repair and maintain computer peripherals, including input and output devices.
Inspect, test, and evaluate hardware and electronic components for quality and compliance.
Rebuild, configure, and assemble computers to meet customer specifications with updated software.
Perform laptop diagnostics, testing, and assembly with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Use precision tools and instruments for repair and quality verification.
Follow and improve best practices, policies, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with Advanced Skytech Canada Ltd. standards.
Support additional operational tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

· Must have the basic knowledge of computers

· Must be able to use Excel

· Ability to learn ERP software

· Physically fit to lift 20lb-30lb

· Fluent in Chinese and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
