Job Title: Media Buyer — Meta Ads & Shopify (Remote, Canada)

Job Type: Full-time, Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM

Pay: $3,000 CAD/month (flat). Performance bonuses + rebill commission implemented after 90 days.

We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency managing paid acquisition for a portfolio of e-commerce brands. We live and breathe Meta Ads and Shopify-driven growth, and we're scaling fast. Our team is lean, data-obsessed, and built around ownership — if you want a seat where your decisions directly move revenue, this is it.

The Role

We're hiring a Media Buyer to own and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts for a roster of e-commerce clients. You'll be responsible for the full campaign lifecycle — strategy, build, launch, optimization, and scaling — with a direct line to revenue and ROAS targets. This is a hands-on buying role, not a coordinator seat.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, remote — 9 AM to 5 PM
$3,000 CAD/month flat base

Performance bonuses and rebill commission kick in after your first 90 days — strong performers are rewarded directly for the revenue they drive

What You'll Do

Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Advantage+, ABO/CBO, retargeting) across multiple e-commerce accounts
Own daily optimization: budget pacing, bid strategy, audience testing, and creative iteration
Hit and scale against ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets for each client
Work closely with creative and strategy teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative
Analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager + Shopify data; translate numbers into clear action
Manage Meta Pixel / Conversions API tracking health and troubleshoot attribution issues
Build out scaling strategies for accounts hitting profitability thresholds
Report on performance and communicate clearly with internal pod leads

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
2–4 years minimum hands-on experience running Meta Ads
Must be based in Canada
Proven e-commerce / DTC experience — you understand AOV, ROAS, contribution margin, and the Shopify funnel
Strong grasp of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and post-iOS14 tracking realities
Comfortable reading Shopify analytics and reconciling platform vs. store revenue
Data-driven, self-managing, and able to own accounts end-to-end in a remote environment
Sharp communicator who can explain why a number moved, not just that it moved

Nice to Have

Experience in an agency or managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and UGC-driven ad strategy
Working knowledge of Postscript, Klaviyo, or other DTC retention tools
