Overview

We are recruiting a Concrete Superintendent to join our team for upcoming projects across

Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate is required to lead field operations on large-scale

construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple crews, coordinating

daily activities, and ensuring all concrete work is executed safely, efficiently, and to a high

standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

Day-to-day oversight of concrete operations, including forming, placement, and finishing
Supervision of foremen and field crews across one or more active job sites
Coordination of manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines
Review of drawings and specifications to guide execution in the field
Monitoring productivity and addressing issues that may impact schedule or performance
Ongoing communication with project stakeholders, including site leadership and external partners
Implementation and enforcement of site safety expectations and regulatory requirements
Leading safety meetings, site walkthroughs, and hazard identification efforts
Tracking progress, reviewing reports, and ensuring accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in concrete construction, including leadership or supervisory roles
Strong working knowledge of concrete forming systems and large-scale project execution
Proven ability to manage multiple crews and shifting priorities
Confidence in reading and applying construction drawings and specifications
Solid organizational and planning skills
Strong communication and decision-making abilities
Comfortable using digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and communication
Valid driver’s license
Eligibility to work in Canada
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
