THE ROLE
This role serves as the primary client-facing lead for the CRM system, balancing strong relationship management with technical proficiency.
It is responsible for supporting a large, multi-program user base (approximately 700 users), ensuring the system meets diverse operational needs while maintaining consistency and performance.
The position leads and mentors a team of five coordinators, provides ongoing support to Super Users, and works closely with stakeholders across programs to translate business needs into system solutions.
With a focus on communication, coordination, and service delivery, the role ensures the CRM system is effectively leveraged to support programs, informed by data, and continuously improved.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field AND some years of experience in application implementation, data analysis, database design or a related field

OTHER INFORMATION
This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
Interviews will be conducted virtually.
This is a temporary position with an anticipated start date of July 13, 2026 and end date of October 31, 2030.
As part of the selection process, the successful candidate must successfully complete a Reliability status security screening.
