Job Summary

Hire Labour Staffing Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated 310J Trailer Mechanic / Technician to join winning team of its prestigious client company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment repair, automotive maintenance, and electrical systems. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of trailers and heavy machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Candidates with dealership experience, experience working with excavators, cranes, Caterpillar equipment, forklifts, farm machinery, HVAC systems, welding skills, and mechanical knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.

The position offers an engaging work environment where hands-on skills and customer service excellence are valued.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services.
Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer performance specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

Certification: 310J or 310T certification
Tools Proficiency: Experience using all tools of the trade, including welding and power tools.
Driver’s License: A valid Class “G” driver’s license for the Province of Ontario.

This position requires a motivated individual capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate technical proficiency across multiple disciplines related to trailer and heavy equipment maintenance.

Benefits: As per the Company policy.

Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
