Office Administrator

Duties:

Assist our sales team by generating sales orders and invoices, as well as purchase orders and invoices.
Administer bi-monthly payroll.
Process payments and handle bank deposits.
Oversee and manage office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence, directing them appropriately.
Welcome and aid visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and various documents.
Maintain filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing, billing, and expense monitoring.
Provide support for HR functions, such as employee onboarding and offboarding.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency.
Robust organizational and time management capabilities.
Precision and attention to detail in all assignments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Simply Accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Competence in multitasking and efficient task prioritization.
Aptitude for problem-solving to tackle challenges as they emerge.
Exemplary professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.
