You Are:

As an AI and Large Language Model Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing the technology architecture for advanced AI (including Large Language Model (LLM)) platform systems and solutions. You will translate business roadmap into technical requirements and architecture. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping cutting-edge architectures, frameworks, and methodologies, pushing the boundaries of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning. You will architect sophisticated large language models (LLMs) based applications with the remarkable ability to process and generate natural language. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to integrate and customize LLMs with different kinds of business applications.

Your will be required to have and maintain a deep understanding of the evolving Gen AI and Agentic stack and expertise in leveraging it to build Gen AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows that deliver business value.

Position Responsibilities:

Architect and design end to end Generative AI products, applications and solutions for specific business needs and provide implementation guidance during delivery.
Leverage, customize and implement Gen AI models, algorithms, and methodologies to improve the overall quality Gen AI products, applications and systems.
Develop large language model (LLM)-based applications using open source frameworks like A2A, MCP, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Llama Index.
Adapt LLMs to improve performance, accuracy and alignment of the general-purpose models
Develop and integrate LLMs and/or LLM applications into products and services.
Implement AI applications that comply with ethical guidelines and legal standards, particularly regarding data privacy and user consent based on the technical design.
Analyze and evaluate the performance of Gen AI systems and provide design recommendations.
Analyze and make right technological choices for generative ai solutions.
Design and prototype reusable components for LLM based solution patterns.
Architect components of an LLM solution to address Responsible AI & Security.
Design LLM Ops solutions for large scale operationalization.
Collaborate seamlessly with diverse, cross-functional teams to accurately identify and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the language model meets the needs and expectations of various stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation that comprehensibly captures the intricate details of the language model, facilitating seamless understanding, efficient troubleshooting, and future development.
Harness the power of transformer architecture, a cutting-edge deep learning model widely employed in natural language processing and computer vision, to optimize the language model's performance and efficiency.
Exploiting the transformative capabilities of transformer architectures to seamlessly process and reshape vast volumes of data, empowering the language model to achieve unprecedented levels of accuracy and versatility.
Travel may be required for this role.
This role is hybrid to Montreal office or the client's location.

What you need:

Minimum of 2 years in AI engineering, machine learning, deep learning and NLP solutions and applications.
Minimum 2 years of experience in designing & deploying AI / Machine Learning solutions using at least one cloud vendor.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Engineering teams with one or more programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Javascript, Java, Spring or GoLang, showcasing a strong command over the technical foundations and mastery of one or more AI Frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
Minimum 1 year of experience architecting and operationalizing LLM driven application architecture patterns.
Bachelor’s Degree or completion of college diploma in related field
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points if you have

Fine Tuning Language Models, handing multi-modal inputs and outputs
Experience in Agentic workflows, Advanced Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) design patterns and handling data pipelines.
Experience in developing applications for both mobile and web platforms, showcasing versatility and adaptability in diverse environments.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
