As a SALES CLOSER with Closets by Design, you will be helping our customers by creating and selling designs that suit their organizational needs.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE:

Minimum 1-2 year sales experience as a strong sales closer
A valid G license and reliable transportation.
A friendly attitude, and of course, great people skills
A desire to be creative and a willingness to learn
Commitment to following our sales model
Interior Design experience AN ASSET

WHAT WE OFFER:

Ongoing design training to develop your knowledge and application of our product offerings

JOB DUTIES:

Travel within your local area to attend in-home consultations
Gather information from customers regarding their space and organizational needs
Create designs that suit your customers organizational needs
Provide detailed and accurate pricing for your customers custom organizational solutions
Utilize your exceptional customer service skills to build rapport and develop a relationship with your customers during and after your design consultation
Complete customer follow-up calls and appointments on an ongoing basis via phone, email, and face-to-face contact
Submit clear and accurate paperwork to the Closets by Design administrative team following each design consultation
Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor with customers and the Closets by Design support team at all times
Participate in redesign and repricing training, when necessary

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
Hourly pay + commission and earned bonus

Do you have a laptop with Microsoft Office? (needed for client calls)
Are you proficient in Microsoft Office?
Are you comfortable travelling to our customers' homes to perform in-home consultations?
Are you available to begin your new full-time role on May or June 2025?

Driving G License (required)
