Join Our Growing Renovation Team

We are a professional residential renovation and remodeling company seeking a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Construction Labourer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working alongside skilled tradespeople on a variety of residential renovation and construction projects.

If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality workmanship, and are eager to learn new skills, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Assist with construction site setup, preparation, and cleanup
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
Support carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and finishing activities
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Assist with flooring installation, tile work, painting, and general renovations
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks
Perform material handling and heavy lifting as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

Previous construction, renovation, or general labour experience is an asset
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation to various job sites is an asset
Valid driver's license is considered an asset
