Full job description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of CNC Operator-Programmer at Accurate Manufacturing 4.0.

The CNC Operator-Programmer is responsible for operating and programming a variety of computer numerically controlled machines.

This position reports directly to the CNC Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and run programs from part file for machine
Setup machine with parts utilizing FCS mounting system
Display high quality standards on work pieces
Perform pre-shift inspections
Maintain safe, clean and well-organized work area, including cleanliness of the
machine
Use micrometer, vernier, probe or other means to check the desired size and
tolerance of the work piece
Work within deadlines and scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications:

Lemoine experience an asset
Strong work ethic
Able to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Exceptional attention to detail and able to ensure quality standards are upheld
