Forklift Operator & Material Handling Specialist Brantford, ON

Location: Brantford, Paris, and surrounding local communities
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00 / hour (Weekly Direct Deposit)
Shift Options: Day, Afternoon, Night, & Continental Rotations Available

Responsibilities

Safe Equipment Operation: Skilled driving of Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Pickers, or Electric Walkies.
Logistics & Material Flow: Efficiently load and unload transport trailers to support continuous production and distribution.
Digital Inventory Tracking: Utilize RF scanning technology to precisely track, log, and route inventory throughout the facility.
Facility & Equipment Care: Complete daily pre-shift machinery inspections and maintain an organized, hazard-free workspace.

Qualifications

Forklift Credentials: A current, valid Forklift Certification is a strong asset (Reach, Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).
Hands-on Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment.
Dependability: Strong punctuality, exceptional attendance, and a team-first mindset.
Focus & Safety: Excellent attention to detail during busy operational hours and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
