Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all material orders and deliveries are on time and in compliance with project requirements
- Verify all material disposals and assure all materials are stored in accordance with established standards
- Create a Master Bill of Materials (BOM) referencing material by ISO, Location, Type and Priority
- Inspect tools and equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements
- Track and ensure timely maintenance is completed on all vehicles and equipment on site
- Accurately track, record and follow up on all orders and deliveries
- Initiate the process to add and remove all rental equipment, tools, and vehicles on site
- Procure, expedite, ship and receive all incoming and outgoing materials
- Maintain certifications on tools and submit copies to Central Warehouse
- Interface with Planners and Quality Control to ensure communication is streamlined regarding materials and parts use optimization
- Analyze and manage the creation of stock items from one-time purchases, assist in parts being returned to stock, manage parts and materials requisition, and maintain records and reports.
- Arrange for the repair and assembly of materials or parts
- Compute the amount of material required to complete job orders, applying knowledge of product and manufacturing processes
- Maintain appropriate inventory of tool crib items and pre-plan for future requirements
- Manage tool crib attendant and ensure all paperwork is completed properly and thoroughly
- Review and approve invoices daily for accuracy and budget
- Reconcile any outstanding billing with the vendor to process payments or resolve any disputes
- Continually verify the asset list against what is physically on site
- Complete incident reports in relation to health, safety and environmental issues
- Build and sustain relationships with team members and coworkers
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related industry experience as a Materials Coordinator
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to work with multiple programs
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Invested in a safety-oriented work environment
- Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol test
