We’re looking for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team of driven, supportive professionals who collaborate closely and celebrate shared success. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive insurance sales
Identify new business opportunities and expand your client base
Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes

Experience and Qualifications

Proven success in sales and meeting performance targets
Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations
Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in Insurance
RIBO/OTL licensed
