Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching yoga, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to helping students improve their physical and mental well-being. This role offers an opportunity to inspire others through mindful practice and contribute to a supportive community focused on health and relaxation.

Duties

Lead engaging and safe yoga classes for individuals of various skill levels
Develop and modify class sequences to accommodate different abilities and goals
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of yoga poses and techniques
Offer personalized guidance and adjustments to ensure proper form and prevent injuries
Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages mindfulness and relaxation
Educate students on the benefits of yoga, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio before and after classes
Promote upcoming classes, workshops, or special events through appropriate channels

Experience

Proven experience teaching yoga classes, with certification from a recognized yoga training program preferred
Strong knowledge of yoga styles, postures, alignment principles, and safety protocols
Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse groups of students
Prior experience creating customized class plans based on student needs is a plus
Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and helping others achieve their health goals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
