As our newest Service Advisor, you will be the trusted connection between our customers and service team, guiding every visit with confidence, care, and clear communication.

Hourly Wage: $21.40 - $25.70 per hour, plus performance bonus

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs and concerns.
Coordinate service appointments and communicate repair recommendations.
Prepare estimates for labour, parts, and services.
Create detailed repair orders for our technicians.
Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
Maintain accurate records and service documentation.
Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Bring:

Automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
