Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately installing kitchen cabinets and related fixtures, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in carpentry, woodworking, or general construction is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Measure and prepare installation sites according to project specifications
Read and interpret kitchen drawings and installation instructions
Install kitchen cabinets, hardware with precision using hand tools and power tools
Ensure all installations are level, secure, and meet safety standards
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of work
Perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed during installation
Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols throughout the project

Skills

Experience with cabinet installation, woodworking, carpentry, and use of hand tools and power tools
Knowledge of construction caulking, plumbing, electrical workrestoration, heavy lifting techniques, and handyman skills is a plus
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various environments
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members
Prior experience in cabinetry installation desirable
