About the Role

We are a growing medical aesthetics clinic in Ontario seeking a skilled, client-focused, and detail-oriented Medical Aesthetician to join our team.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall clinic growth. A passion for skincare, strong consultation skills, and a commitment to client safety and results are essential.

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments
Develop customized treatment plans based on client goals
Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and realistic expectations
Deliver a warm, professional, and results-driven client experience

Aesthetic Treatments

Perform medical-grade advanced skin treatments and facials
Administer treatments such as microneedling, and laser services (laser hair removal, tattoo removal)
Ensure all treatments are performed safely, effectively, and within scope of practice
Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records

Sales & Client Retention

Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans
Support retail sales and package offerings
Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat visits
Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction

Clinic Operations & Support

Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and clinic
Follow proper sanitation and infection control protocols
Assist with inventory management and product tracking
Support front desk or team operations when needed

Compliance & Safety

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Maintain current certifications and licenses
Follow clinic policies, procedures, and treatment protocols
Ensure client confidentiality and proper documentation

Qualifications & Experience

Certified Medical Aesthetician (required)
Minimum 1–2 years experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical setting (preferred)
New Graduates are welcome to apply
Experience with advanced treatments (laser, microneedling, peels) is an asset
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
Excellent communication and consultation skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
