Full job description

General Labour / Warehouse Associate - Rotating Continental Shifts

Staff Plus is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for a long-term opportunity within a manufacturing and distribution facility.

This position operates on a 12-hour Continental rotating schedule, requiring candidates to work days, nights, and every second weekend. Applicants must be available for all shifts.

Shift Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Rotating schedule: 2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights
Every second weekend required
3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the following week
Average of 42 hours per week

Responsibilities

Feed and remove product from automated production equipment
Pack finished product onto skids and pallets
Prepare orders for shipping and distribution
Order picking and product handling
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned
Lift and move materials weighing up to 30-40 lbs

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is considered a strong asset
Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in an industrial environment
Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs on a regular basis
Strong attendance record and reliable transportation
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
