High Rise Construction – Site Coordinator

Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced and hard-working High Rise Site Coordinator. You will work with the High Rise Construction Team and will be responsible for assisting the Senior Site Superintendent.

Our ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, preferably in the residential construction industry. Our ideal candidate is organized and motivated to work in a team focused and fast-paced environment. On site experience is preferred but not necessary.
Position Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following, including other tasks that your Supervisor sees fit:
· Coordinate on-site work between the foremen of respective trades, and bring all potential issues, questions, or requests to the Site Super.
· Coordinate with the Labour foreman to ensure workers have daily tasks and the necessary equipment to perform them.
· Coordinate with the Supervisors and offices of respective trades, with the Site Super’s direction, for scheduling on-site work, progress reviews, and other issues that may arise.
· Coordinate with the Tribute Health and Safety manager to ensure all relevant safety information pertaining to trades and site works are displayed and updated correctly. Ensure trades on site are working in a safe manner and report issues to the Site Super.
· Submit weekly timesheets for site to HR.
· Order Concrete, Aggregate, and Rebar for site.
· Log totals and info for all excavation, concrete, aggregate and rebar placed on site.
· Order and track rental equipment, site trailer supplies, and general construction supplies for site.
· Complete and supply purchase orders for all orders for site.
· Maintain site worker logs, Lost Day logs, and other logs pertaining to production on site.
· Invite all relevant trades to Bi-Weekly site coordination meetings, perform minuting duties during site meetings and circulate to all trades.
· Coordinate with Tribute office team, such as the Project Coordinator and Project Management, for all matters related to site works and production/progress.
· Document and photograph site progress and significant dates/occurrences for logging purposes and future reference.
· Maintain files for all Trades, Suppliers, Consultants, and any other persons related to production on site, for reference and record keeping
· Follow the direction of the Site Assistant Super and Site Super for all matters and additional responsibilities on site.
Required Skills and Experience
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
· Superior time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines
· Positive attitude, team player and professional demeanor
· G class driver’s license

Salary Range: $45,000.00-$55,000.00
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
