Job Overview

Cook cum Store Incharge – Shree Swami Samartha Vadapav (Oshawa)

Shree Swami Samartha Vadapav is expanding to Oshawa, and we are looking for a dedicated and responsible Cook cum Store Incharge to lead our new location. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Maharashtrian cuisine and can independently manage day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Maharashtrian dishes such as Vada Pav, Misal Pav, Poha, Upma, Thali items, and snacks
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation as per brand standards
Take full responsibility for store operations, including opening and closing
Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
Supervise and guide junior staff (if any)
Handle customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
Maintain daily sales and basic reporting

Requirements

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Maharashtrian cuisine
Ability to independently manage a small restaurant/store setup
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Good understanding of kitchen operations and inventory management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Willingness to work long hours (50–55 hours/week)
