Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic kitchen staff. As a vital part of our team, you will assist in food preparation and ensure that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the food industry and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of meals by following recipes and portioning food accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Support cooks in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling dishes.
Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Participate in training sessions on food handling and safety protocols as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others as needed.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A passion for cooking and the food industry is highly desirable.
