Bigger Picture Painting is a residential painting company on the Island and we are looking to add a few motivated individuals who like the idea of making great summer earnings, all while working hard, having fun, and ensuring our clients get a quality project. Hello Everyone!

We are looking to hire a few more motivated individuals to our team. It's a great summer position if you enjoy being outside in the sun, working hard, while ensuring excellent quality and customer service.

The job itself entails painting residential interiors and exteriors. No experience is required; we undergo at least 2 weeks of supervised training, and supervisors are on and off the job sites all throughout the summer.

We would appreciate that only those who are team players apply for this position. In addition to regular pay, our amazing team often gets tips from clients after doing a beautiful job on their home, which can sometimes bring in an extra $200 a pay cheque.

The only technical job requirement would be being able to use and move ladders around the job site. Safety is our number one, so we ensure everyone is all ladder-trained prior to any climbing.
