Full job description

Here at Argyll Motorsports and Marine, we are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated marketing professional who is passionate about powersports and delivering engaging content. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative and hands-on work, and can help strengthen our brand through social media, events, digital marketing, and visual storytelling. We value strong communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to grow alongside our team while representing premium brands in the motorsports and marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, and in-store channels
Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Support event planning and execution for motorcycle shows, demo days, sales events, and dealership promotions
Help manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance including engagement, website traffic, lead generation, SEO, and advertising performance
Support website content management including uploading content, updating promotions, writing copy, and improving user experience
Capture and edit photo and video content in-store and at events featuring motorcycles, ATVs, SxS, and dealership activities
Assist with graphic design, promotional materials, signage, presentations, swag, and dealership branding assets
Support vendor and manufacturer marketing initiatives (BMW, Ducati, etc.)
Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and creative assets
Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices
Write promotional copy, social captions, advertisements, and basic marketing communications
Support internal communications and other administrative duties as required

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:

Formal training in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or related experience preferred
1–2 years of marketing experience is an asset
Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising
Familiarity with tools such as:
Adobe Creative Suite
Canva
Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager
Shopify
Email marketing platforms
Experience with photography, videography, and multimedia content creation preferred
Understanding of SEO, website analytics, and online marketing performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable collaborating with all levels of the organization and external partners
Passion for motorcycles, motorsports, powersports, or automotive culture is considered a strong asset
Camera operation and content editing skills are preferred but not required
