We are actively seeking a Personal Trainer / Fitness Advisor to join our team at Anytime Fitness Eglinton. This dual-role position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are confident in selling training solutions, passionate about helping others, and eager to build strong, lasting client relationships. You’ll be both a certified Personal Trainer and a key driver of our club’s fitness service revenue.

This is a sales-forward training role focused on client onboarding, conversions, and delivering high-quality personal training that drives meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Assessments

Conduct fitness consultations, movement assessments, and Evolt body scans
Use assessment data to recommend appropriate training programs
Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and improve engagement

Sales & Revenue Generation

Present and sell training packages tailored to individual goals
Consistently meet or exceed personal training sales targets
Monitor and manage key metrics (conversion rates, revenue per member, training volume)

Training & Coaching

Deliver effective, safe, and motivating personal training sessions
Track client progress and adapt programs to ensure continued results

Club Culture & Engagement

Represent the Anytime Fitness brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Foster an inclusive, empowering, and results-driven club environment
Lead by example on the training floor, promoting a high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For:

Proven ability to motivate and influence behaviour change
Sales-minded with confidence in presenting value-driven solutions
Solid understanding of training principles and client programming
Comfortable using fitness technology (iPad, CRM, Anytime Fitness App®)
Strong communicator with a people-first, solution-oriented approach
Organized, self-directed, and able to manage time effectively
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Requirements:

18 years of age or older
Valid Personal Training Certification (CanFitPro, CPTN, NASM, etc.)
CPR & First Aid Certification
1+ year of personal training experience (preferred)
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Sales or customer service experience is a strong asset

Compensation & Perks:

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00–$60.00
Commission & Bonuses: Additional income through training sales, referrals, and performance milestones
Paid Office Hours: Dedicated time for client management, lead follow-up, and programming
Top Performer Earnings: High achievers can earn up to $100,000 annually
