Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team environment, and promote a vibrant hospitality atmosphere. Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service from kitchen to front-of-house.
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff to achieve high performance standards.
Oversee food preparation and food handling processes to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Manage cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to ensure accurate transactions.
Conduct interviews and hiring processes to build a talented team aligned with our service standards.
Monitor customer service levels continuously, addressing guest concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
Enforce food safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and proper food industry practices across all operations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu execution to deliver exceptional dishes.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and oversee food storage procedures in compliance with safety standards.
Support team development through coaching, training sessions on hospitality best practices, and leadership initiatives.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food service operations.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen workflows.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for efficient transaction processing.
Supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment with demonstrated leadership skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Experience in managing cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly.
Ability to interview candidates effectively to build a motivated team aligned with company values.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of the food industry trends, restaurant experience management practices, and hospitality standards.
