Job Summary:

*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING*
We are looking for on-call independent courier delivery drivers/ owner-operators to deliver to our clients in and around Ottawa. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for transporting packages between locations in a timely manner.

Duties:
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated locations

- Load and unload items from the vehicle

- Ensure packages are delivered promptly and undamaged

- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

- Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently

- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks

- You will deliver envelopes and small packages

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced changing environment

- Must have excellent problem-solving skills

- Must be able to speak and write in English

- Must be able to work independently or in a team environment

- Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must

Successful candidates will have :

- A reliable Vehicle ( Minivan/SUV/Car/Truck)

- Must have a phone with data

- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn

- To deliver outstanding customer service to our clients

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred

- Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks

- Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus

- Excellent communication skills

- Commercial driving experience is beneficial

- Forklift operation experience is an advantage
