What You’ll Do

Create tailored, memorable experiences by understanding the client’s preferences, lifestyle and need; offering thoughtful recommendations before the client asks.
Provide expert product knowledge; helping the client understand the quality, craftsmanship and brand story of various product lines to confidently guide clients in their purchasing decisions.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent high-quality service.
Build and nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized communication.
Maintain a refined, welcoming boutique environment that enhances the overall client journey.
Manage sales transactions with discretion and efficiency.
Resolve client concerns promptly and thoughtfully, seeking opportunities to exceed expectations.

What You Bring

You are a polished professional with 3-5 years sales experience and a strong focus on customer experience.
A results-driven mindset with a minimum close rate of 65% and passion for client relationships.
Interest in developing product expertise (training provided).
Previous sales course training.
GIA, AGS or Canadian Jewellers JETTS certification or willingness to complete (asset).
