Full job description

Poste : Chargé de projet - Bromont

Chef de file dans le domaine du couvre-plancher au Québec et en Ontario, Bousada se spécialise dans la vente et l’installation de couvre-plancher et autres surfaces dans les secteurs commerciaux, institutionnels et résidentiels.

En collaboration avec le directeur de projet, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes

· Établit les priorités et planifie le déroulement des activités de réalisations des projets ;

· Effectuer des visites de chantiers et s’assurer que les travaux respectent la cédule prévue ;

· Présence aux réunions de chantier ;

· Établir lien de confiance avec le client et communiquer les avancements et enjeux.

· Planifier les besoins en matériaux et en main-d’œuvre sur le chantier ;

· Capacité à évaluer les demandes de changements au chantier ;

· Faire un suivi régulier sur la profitabilité de chaque projet sous sa responsabilité ;

· Négocier des prix avec les sous-traitants ;

· Superviser la qualité de l’exécution des travaux ;

· Promouvoir un milieu de travail sécuritaire ;

Profil recherché du Chargé de projet

· Sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités ;

· Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à orienter les équipes d’installation ;

· Capacité à lire et interpréter les plans / devis liés à la construction ;

· Maitrise de la suite Office (Excel, Outlook) et s’adapte à autres logiciels informatiques. (Un atout)

· Faire preuve de leadership et d’initiative ;

· Bonne communication tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;

· Bonne compréhension des questions liées à la santé et à la sécurité au travail et à l’environnement ;

· Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite sans tache ;
