Caressant Care is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Office Assistant to provide a full range of administrative support and coordination to our Executive Team and the operations of our Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes.

What you bring…

Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and comfort learning new office systems and technology.
Experience coordinating courier services, shipping and receiving, or Purolator services is considered an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ability to independently manage routine office needs, including monitoring and ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries, maintaining common office areas, and identifying items requiring follow-up.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide helpful, professional service to employees, visitors, vendors, and external contacts.
Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment, with the ability to anticipate office needs and resolve routine issues independently.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks as required.

The salary range is $48,000 - $50,000 based on experience and qualifications. The incumbent is required to work at the Head Office location Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
