Responsibilities

Looking for a Skid steer operator for site grading, road and sidewalk grading, helping with wrenching crews and landscaping
Looking for Excavator operator for underground services and bulk excavations. Must have experience with grading and backfilling
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate major repairs needed

Requirements

Proven experience operating excavators, skid steers, loaders, backhoes, graders, or similar heavy equipment in construction environments
Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery
Ability to perform basic maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment
Valid driver’s license
Strong understanding of construction safety standards and practices
