About the Opportunity

Our Accounting Department is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving discrepancies, and keeping processes running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform three-way matching in a multi-currency environment
Process high-volume invoice data entry (1,000–1,500 invoices monthly)
Review and assign appropriate invoice coding while ensuring proper approvals
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
Process vendor payments including cheques, EFTs, and wire transfers
Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues
Support general office administration and filing duties as required

What You Bring:

High school diploma required
Post-secondary education in Business or Accounting is considered an asset
Minimum 2 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
Experience in an inventory-driven environment is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of three-way matching and AP processes
Excellent computer and data-entry skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional, customer-service-oriented approach
