Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a commitment to quality are valued.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms as needed
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness, safety, and guest privacy

Qualifications

Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred
Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and procedures is a plus
Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality service
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled timeframes
Reliable with a positive attitude and good communication skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
