Full job description

The Role: Joy Cafe & Bistro is overhauling its marketing team. We are looking for results-driven creators to dominate our local digital presence and upgrade our aesthetic. You will be responsible for creating high-engagement Instagram Reels and designing eye-catching physical posters to drive high-margin sales, specifically targeting our patio traffic.

Core Deliverables:

Shoot, edit, and post a minimum of 2 engaging Instagram posts per week focused on our patio atmosphere and high-ticket menu items.
Design compelling physical posters and table-top displays to upsell customers who are already seated.

Compensation & Perks:

The Baseline: Unlimited free coffee during your working hours and a guaranteed meal allowance for every on-site content creation shift.
The Performance Bonus: We track sales of the specific items you promote. When your poster or Reel increases the sales of a targeted item above its historical baseline, you earn a bounty (Scroll to very bottom for examples).

Requirements:

Proven ability to shoot and edit short-form video content that captures attention in the local market.
Strong graphic design skills tailored for physical print materials and outdoor displays.
A firm understanding that marketing must generate trackable revenue, not just passive likes.
