Contract
$18.00 - 20.00 per hour (includes bonus)

Executive Recreation Services Inc. is seeking seasonal lifeguards for our private condo and townhouse complexes this summer 2026 in the North Missisauga Area (Winston Churchill & Derry Rd)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enforce pool and safety regulations as posted
Ensure safety of all swimmers
Open and close the pool as per the schedule
Perform maintenance duties (Includes being responsible for a clean pool and deck area, testing the chemical levels and balance when necessary, ensuring correct pool temperature, etc)
Keeping accurate documentation as required
Ensures all pool equipment is working in a satisfactory manner and reports any issues promptly
Pay rates are based on years of experience and includes a performance based bonus.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 16 years of age or older
Must have a valid Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification
Must have a current National Lifeguard certification
Ability to work well independently
Excellent Communication skills
Must be safety conscious
Must be dependable
